  • Doubletree La Posada Resort – Paradise Valley, AZ

Identified JV Equity partner for our client, Paradise Valley Resort, LLC, which had the hotel under contract.  JV partner eventually bought our Client’s interest in the Purchase Contract, and the hotel purchase transaction closed in March ’04. 

Modeled a custom, multi-tiered capital structure for our Client’s visionary Value-Adding Redevelopment Plan that contemplated demolishing the existing hotel and replacing with:

-      New smaller 5-star hotel

-      Single-Family Estates

-      A portion of the new hotel units to be sold as hotel-condo’s in a rental pool format

Performed as joint marketing effort with Wise Hotel Investments, Inc.
