Unique Residential Winery Estate/Timeshare Resort

Seeking investors for proposed resort and vineyard estate project in Wine Country Temecula.  76 acres in an eight-parcel assemblage – one of the last large undeveloped properties in Wine Country Temecula.  Two alternative business plan options exist:

Plan A – Private Wine Membership Club and 152-unit Hotel Resort.  Wine Club members would share in use of Resort facilities.  ‘Upper tier’ club members would grow their own proprietary varietals on separate one-half acre parcels, and then process the grapes in a commonly owned commercial winery.
